Blessing of the Quilts
This event is a special day set aside to distribute the comfort quilts made during the year to organizations in Cape Coral.
Recipients include Nursing Homes, Hope Hospice, Cape Coral Police and Fire Departments,
and the Cape Coral Hospital, to name just a few.

View & Presentation
The public is invited to join in this event which starts with the viewing at 10:00am until 11:00am.
​
The Presentation Program begins promptly at 11:00 am and includes the recipient organization representatives,
the public and our guild membership.
​
​
This committee manages all aspects of this huge event and makes the quilt presentations.
It also designates
the organizations that will receive our quilts.
Luncheon
This event is held yearly after the presentation and distribution of the comfort quilts.
All members are invited to participate along with representatives from the organizations receiving the quilts.
The luncheon is provided by our membership.
The committee manages all aspects of this event including decorations and food.
Quilting
Retreats
Each year the guild sponsors
Quilt Retreats.
Attendees spend the time bonding, quilting all day, and having lots of fun.
The committee selects the location, dates and manages all activities for these outings.

Library
Quilt Display
The quilt display is held at the Cape Coral Main Library. Members display quilts they have made for public viewing only and features live quilting demonstrations.
​
The display is an all-day event with many visitors and potential members viewing the beautiful quilts.
​
The committee coordinates with the library, and manages the collections, display and return of the quilts.
​
Christmas
Luncheon
This fun event is held yearly for current members including great food, entertainment, gifts ,raffles and prizes.

This event is held once a year with the gifts distributed at the Annual Christmas Luncheon.
